Oxford
I got me my ed-juh-mah-ka-shon!
Oxford was pretty rad. The whole class went together as a group. I'm sure there was some sort of educational tie-in, but I'll be damned before I can remember what it was! (Is that how the saying goes? Born and raised in the US and I still botch things like that up!)

Too bad it was summer (everything was closed), raining, and my camera jammed right when I was about to get this spectacular shot on top of this tower with a 360 view.

Like it would have mattered. I mean, it was so overcast that all the pics would have been fucked anyway.

(and if you're wondering how I got that awesome shot of king's college... at least I think it's king's college... or is it... well, anyway, I didn't take the pic... shh! don't tell!)

So, I bought another camera. A little Minolta that was pretty cool. It was about fifty bucks or so. (I still refuse to think about foreign exchange rates for fear that I may weep at my month-long extravagant waste of money!)

I bought it at this little store that reminded me of Circuit City. You pay for it, they enter your order into the computer, and these people bring your purchase out to you on a conveyer belt. I dunno. It just seemed so inefficient to have ten people working the conveyer belt area when only one person every other hour spent money in that shop... Hey! what do I know anyway?!

Right now, though, my Minolta is in Vietnam with a couple of cousins of mine. So far it's been manhandled in four different countries in three different continents. I swear, that thing has had more action within a span of three months than I have in my whole lifetime!
